Digital Proportional Heating / Cooling Degree Minute Meter
Description
The CPO-PHAM device
monitors, calculates and decodes demand of heating (and/or cooling) degree
minutes within apartments, condominiums and commercial spaces, and converts
the data to an accurate pulse output for connection to data storage and
reporting devices. The CPO-PHAM stores partial cycle demand until
the next operating period in non-volatile memory and adds it to the next
cycle to prevent loses of accountable heating demand. Output pulse is compatible with virtually
all metering reporting systems. The CPO-PHAM
operates in 2 selectable modes: PI and PID modes. The CPO-PHAM is powered from a
replaceable battery with an estimated life exceeding seven years. In “tenant demand” mode the unit may be
optionally powered from the monitored, low-voltage circuit being monitored. When used with CaptureONE™
Submetering and Alarm Software and Hardware, the CPO-PHAM provides alarm
functions, monitoring excessive usage, tampering, and stuck valves. Also, with CaptureONE Software, management

Description
The CPO-FP-TX
device monitors, calculates and decodes run-time of a fireplace or other
switch-controlled device not equipped with electric or electronic controls.
The device stores partial cycle until next operating period in non-volatile
memory and adds it to the next cycle to prevent loses of accountable
time. The CPO-FP-TX is equipped
with a CaptureONE or Inovonics compatible pulse counting transmitter
for automatic meter reading. It also
contains an interface replay for monitoring and controlling fireplaces with
no power, providing an isolated loop-back to the gas valve and control input
from the wall switch. |
